Hot green tea with lemon and or honey. Plus some airborne and vitamin C! Don't under estimate the power of liquids and good green juice! If ya dont know what green juice is Google it. Its a great way to get some bang up nutrients in when your sicky. Hope ya get better!
I have been drinking the green tea with honey and lemon and taking eyes vitamin C! I have chicken noodle soup for lunch as well. I just don't want to be sick over the weekend! *lol*
