Recent Questions Related To Penis Growth

I was recently asked about my history and experience related to my Penis growth and what I thought was responsible for its size. I'm often asked if I have done anything to increase or stimulate it's development but the answer is no, it is all natural; an effect of genetics.


My Father had a big Penis although I am much bigger than he was; you might ask, to what can you attribute the difference? Again I believe it is all about genetics and just as a body builder, you must use the muscle to increase size; that is what is behind the practice known as Jelqing. Does it work?

All I know is what I have been told and what I have come to understand; that is, with a strong intention, a clear vision of your desired goal and much a great deal of consistent work, you will achieve increased penis size. Again, as with bodybuilding, you must be totally committed and the results will be better the younger you are.

Youth is a great thing to have on your side when you are attempting to change your body because hormones, and the vitality that they provide, are more powerful than anything. I must however emphasize that diet and nutrition are extremely important in having your body respond to your desires and intentions. In my youth, I was concerned with what I ate and took vitamins when others I knew ate whatever they wanted and had no idea of what a vitamin supplement was. Clearly things are much different now and you can see some part of the younger generation benefiting physically from the science of supplementation.

Did food and nutrition have anything to do with my penis size? I can only surmise that it did but to what degree would be something of a guess on my part. What I ate when my penis was developing was nothing unusual although the food in the late 50’s and early 60’s had much more nutrition than they do today. I ate a lot of roasted chicken and occasionally some red meat, which was not highly favored to my young pallet and I still do not eat red or pink meats to this day.

I would always eat my vegetables first and unlike children of my generation, I loved Spinach, Peas, Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, String beans, Carrots and Sweet Potatoes. I would eat raw Carrots and ripe Bananas with Peanut Butter as a snack. Apples were also a daily snack. Orange color foods were always appealing to me and I would eat as many tree ripened Persimmons as I could get from a neighbors tree. I also loved Walnuts and Mission Figs that also grew on trees in the neighborhood where I lived.

I also loved Watermelon and when it was in season, I ate it daily right down to the rind which made my Mother a little peeved because she liked to make pickles from the rind. She had an old family recipe that included cloves and honey and we would eat these in the winter months. I have recently discovered that Watermelon rind is rich with a compound that increases Nitric Oxide in the bloodstream, which is something similar to the effect of Viagra®. All I can say is that I often had a hard-on and that I recall having erections as early as the age of 7 and that is when I started to take notice of my penis size and that it was growing.

My sport in school was running, a passion that started in the 5th grade. Sadly in the 6th grade I suffered a groin injury that had me sidelined until Middle school and I started to gain weight because of my inactivity. I probably was the youngest kid to wear a Jock strap, as it was necessary for my protection against injury when running. By the 7th grade I had a collection of Jocks that I regularly wore under my boxer shorts as I had a fear of the pain of a groin injury; I also discovered that a jock helped me to conceal the hard-ons that I had become increasing self-conscious about.

Maybe the time I spent stroking my penis as a child was an exercise akin to Jelqing or that the stimulants in Watermelon rind had something to do with my development, I really don’t know. I think Carrots are vascular stimulating and I really got into juicing them as a teenager. I would drink several glasses a day which gave my skin a bit of a yellow coloration; my track Coach was concerned enough to send me to the school nurse whom gave me a clear bill of health.

I now take a number of supplements to remain vital and I believe that the most important ones to mention are Vitamin C (2 Grams TR, 3 times daily), CoQ-10 (200 Mg, Morning) Calcium Complex, Pantothetic Acid (2 Grams), L-Arginine (2 Grams, twice Daily), Fish Oil (4000 IU), Vitamin D-3 (5000 Mg, 6 times Daily), Astaxanthin (10 Mg, 4 times Daily) with a good Multiple Vitamin and B Complex. The D-3 and Astaxanthin are essential for good vascular development.

You should know that Heart muscle and Penis tissues are very similar and that the nutrients that are good for one are good for the other. Folic Acid and Niacin are great for you heart and overall vascularity. Make sure you get enough Zinc and Copper as well as all the other Trace Minerals to allow your body to function properly but don’t overdose because the water you drink can be highly mineralized; it is something you just have to analyze.

Water quality and its minerals vary a lot from place to place and might be another reason behind larger Penis development. Some waters are known for their healing powers and the analysis of such water often shows different forms of mineralization such as Magnesium which is known to stimulate energy and vascularity. I recall taking Epsom Salt baths as a child, Mother said it was good for my growing pains but it is also another name for Magnesium Salt that may stimulate Penis growth.

Do not neglect the Essential Amino Acids, which should be supplemented by using a good Whey or Egg Protein Drink. Soy Protein products should be avoided because they can contain plant Estrogens that can be counterproductive in men. Clearly Testosterone plays a large part in penis development but using it when your youthful levels are high can have diminishing results as it may be converted into Estrogen. The whole science of Hormones is complex and I have never attempted to modify my natural levels until recently when I have been feeling less stimulated due to my age.

Steed, Weren't you as big as you ever became by. age 14 or 15? I have claimed that I became hairier because I had "wanted" that since the age of 8. I am the hairiest guy in the family. I believing wanting wanting & hoping for to be hairy, helped me. I know a bit about biology, and you will achieve full length by 12 to 16 years old. Your girth & you ball size can and will increase. Sir, you must have been the most admired guy in High School & beyond. I guess, I'm saying, that you end up with what God has given you. Penis size and functionality are two different things. Size is for our own admiration as well as our friends who focus upon those things. Functionality is for making our partners satisfied. If you had a special girl you wanted . Your ability to provide a good living and care for, and how worthy you are are of utmost importance. A man with a 1"or 2" penis can make most women happy as women's sensory capabilities are within 1" or 2"s. The size of you penis doesn't make your wife, girlfriend, or boyfriend happy; it the quality of man you are. Steed can not answer these questions, only you can.- Steven
