I've been exercising

I hate exercise. It's horrible. I get sweaty and tired and it's boring as all hell. I really do hate it. But, for the sake of changing my daily routine and maybe finally losing my disgusting belly fat, I've taken up jogging.

On the jogging front, things have gone pretty well. To be honest, it has gone shockingly well. When I first started jogging I could barely jog 1/16 of a mile before my heart felt like it was going to burst out of my chest, Alien style. But now, less than a month after I started I'm able to jog more than 2 miles easily. I still feel a bit winded after that second mile, but it's nothing intense like what I felt when I first started.

The only problem with the jogging is that I sweat like a fucking hog. It's horrible. When I'm done I'm covered in sweat and look like I just got back from a swim in the pool.

All complaints aside, I am very happy with myself. Before I started jogging I would never have imagined being able to jog even a mile. The fact that I'm able to jog two miles is pretty amazing to me.

That's great...keep it up. I just started working out myself and I hate working out too but I have to admit I do feel better afterwards.

Keep up the good work. I hate exercising, but I go to the gym three days a week and I hate it but it really pays off. However if you can find an activity that you really enjoy it's not work but fun... I play tennis and surf and when I can I go snow skiing.

Ive been running hard for 5 months, and my best advice for you its to start walking first, ive seen it all the time, people come to the running track and start too hard, and they stop going, my guess, they get hurt, walk 1 mile then jog slow the other one, and do that for like 15 days, before try to jog the two miles again, the issue its the knees, cause they are not ready for that level of activity, one thing is walking around , other is the stress of running, still, congrats, and dont stop jogging, just deal with the sweat and keep going :)

Running is overrated as a fat loss modality. If you enjoy it good, but don't be afraid to venture into other forms of fitness to get the physique you're looking for!
