If you've got your cock in a plastic case for a week, it's pretty important to keep things clean. I just use a hand shower, and shampoo for lather, getting as much soap into the cage as possible, and rinsing well. Final drying with a hair dryer set on low. A q-tip and some silicone lube keeps everything loose. I've been doing this every day after my morning run and swim along the beach. Don't want any sand caught in the works
