Slow and steady progress

It's been about 5 weeks now and I'm down 14 pounds, which is totally awesome to me. I've been watching what I eat, trying to get a bit more exercise but mostly making better choices food wise.

Funny thing about it tho... the process of looking at one area of my life that was out of balance (weight) has brought on a whole new round of self examination. The last few times I've done that I gave up on it after a week or two, but this time I've actually made some real life progress and my level of happiness has increased. Cool huh.
