Assessment day and interview done and I've heard the results. Demotion is what's happening but they "see me as a manager of the future" and "this is a chance to shine" ... what a load of shit when they give my job to someone who cannot read or write properly, cannot do simple math and balance a budget so I know they will not be able to do it.
ARRRRRGHHHHH!!! It's such bullshit! I wouldn't even be angry if I knew that the politics hadn't decided it.
And I have to come home and sleep alone, no-one to talk to .. just go to bed and lie awake ... this recession sucks!
