I think the reason why people think guys like Mandingo and Julio etc are close to or over 10" (I used to believe it myself) is because they see that it is bigger than others he is in the same scenes with and overestimate just HOW MUCH bigger he is than the other guy. For instance, if Mandingo is in a scene with Byron Long, who himself was in another scene with some above average white guy, here is how we subconsciously calculate it:
I say Byron in another video with a white pornstar and he dwarfed the white guy. seeing how the white guy is a pornstar, he is probably an inch longer than average, so about 7". Byron was much bigger so he is probably about 8.5". In the Mandingo scene, Byron is noticeably smaller, so Manding must be about 10".
In reality, that first guy was probably no more than 6" and compared to a 7 or 7.5" cock would be dwarfed. Mandingo would only need to be an inch to an inch and a half longer to be noticeably bigger, so 8 or 9 inches at the absolute maximum. And in general, any length difference, even only half an inch will be noticeable. We just overestimate what the amount is.
If we ever see a 10" cock, it would look cartoonish next to any pornstar, and would look unreal against the more petite ones.
