About a year ago there was talk of a 2pac video. Apparently, he was getting blow job from a girl when a male friend walked up to him. They started talking, and 2pac put his arm around the other guy during the blow job. Did that video ever surface? Haven't heard anything since then. Thanks.

I dont think its as it seems as far as his Mother 'owning' the blowjob video. When someone was shopping the tape around, his Mother acting as his estate claimed ownership. Mainly because there was unreleased music of his playing in the background. In doing so his estate is the rightful owner, not the person who was trying to sell the tape...therefore it probably wont see the light of day.
