I have no qualms with your original post.... everyone here gets different feed from the site. Right now you are venting your response to a recent closure of a thread (that a couple of people obviously used as an opportunity to slander.) It was unnecessary, what they said. You may, or may not disagree, but sometimes closing a thread prevents further (worse) abuse from occurring.
Tact is difficult at best for many people. Even me at times.
An anonymous website gives some people more freedom to behave in ways they would never behave in person. Yet, again, another example of being on an "adult" website where adults behave in various ways, and respect is tossed out the window.
Pick and chose what you like here and let that be why you remain. If we all questioned every post, every blog, every topic.... there really wouldn't be very much to talk about, now... would there?
