Don't see any 'illusion/distortion' on Slo-Mo views of his hand stroking bottom to top. Looks like you could easily stack 2 hand breadths (avg. 4") on that hard shaft - making it at least 8"+ in OA length. Impressive girth and length for the protein-laden youth.

I think it's more likely that he's just short, and that overhead angle of it going up his abdomen makes it look so huge. No denying he's big, but he's also only about 5'6 (I'd guess), and that makes something that's, say, 9 inches, look a lot bigger on him that something of comparable size on a guy my height. (I'm 6'6")
