Ok, now this is ridiculous, but the first thing I clicked on was a place in Amherst, MA that I actually know...but the real question is why I would ever want this map in the first place?

[D_Alfredo Hites]

what's the point? it's disgusting. is it supposed to be a humorous site?

or is a serious site to help make it easier for senator craig and george michael to find hookups?

they had the urinal at my local municipal court and i felt like i wasted 5 minutes of my life finding it and then looking at it. ?????????? lol

I don't get it either. Is this some fringe fetish now or something?

It's some kind of geek demonstratiing google mapping technology. It's mildly amusing, and who knows, as urinals get rarer might become a valuable resource.

Not sure about needing information about urinals, after all blokes can pee anywhere they want (as I recently discovered travelling in Europe). On a serious note, here in Australiawe have an online public toilet map National Public Toilet Map established by the federal government to help those travelling long distances who might have babies, be old, incontinent etc who really need to know where toilets are.

"The National Public Toilet Map (the Map) shows the location of more than 14,000 public and private public toilet facilities across Australia. Details of toilet facilities can also be found along major travel routes and for shorter journeys as well. Useful information is provided about each toilet, such as location, opening hours, availability of baby change rooms, accessibility for people with disabilities and the details of other nearby toilets. The Map is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing as part of the National Continence Management Strategy.
What does the Map do?

The Map provides toilet information for the estimated 3.8 million Australians who are affected by incontinence:

• information on the nearest public toilet
• the capacity to plan short and longer journeys
• improves independence and quality of life
• is convenient for people with young families

The Map is a useful tool for anyone undertaking a trip or holiday by providing information on suitable toilet breaks before the journey begins.
The Map:

• details opening hours
• assists in finding toilets in a town/suburb
• identifies toilets that can be accessed by people with a disability
• assists planning a trip or holiday with suitable toilet and rest breaks known before the journey begins
• assists planning a trip around town or between towns and cities"

I suppose the pictures included for many of the sites could help people seeking certain type of urinals like this:
