Personal opinion: Buccal fat removal has been one of the absolute worst trends in cosmetic care. I can honestly say that I don’t think I've seen someone look better after having it done. Again, person opinion.

I agree, then when they get older and lose the fat naturally they use filler to puff their cheeks up again.
It baffles the mind.
I hope he hasn’t had it done and it’s just the face he’s pulling.
