I only ask this as virtually all of the photographs (and videos) on this thread and the previous one both seem to date from around the time that he had that infamous Men's Health magazine cover. Clearly, Mr Schock has worked hard to obtain his present physique, but it would be interesting to see what he looked like before he became the topic of so much scorn and derision.

to be fair constantly using his political power and platform to vote against every piece of pro/equality lgbt legislation is about as opposite of "done nothing to you personally" as it can be. That shit affects all of us as people.
I’m happy for him. He looks great and healthy. He fucks someone different every single day. Only people doing worse than him would have something negative to say, which is 98% of this website but still. Let the man live!

All the same, I find it super creepy that people focus so much energy on commenting on every Instagram post, etc. We all know the purpose of this thread was for certain pics and videos, and seems he's wised up as far as that goes. So whats left? Meangirling his outfits? Seems petty and envious, quite frankly.
He got a lot of attention when he was first elected to Congress at age 27 (you have to be 25 to serve) and that's when the Men's Health feature spotlighted him. I don't think there are pictures of him floating around on the internet before he was elected.

Pity. I was also intrigued if anyone on this thread has actually met him in person, preferrably before the scandal that wrecked his political career.
Since a lot of politicians who end up in office for a long period of time tend to develop hubristic tendencies (such as losing contact with reality, or showing excessive self-confidence), I wondered if he came across as someone who was either vapid or narcissistic in person. Or, if he came across as very different to how he was later portrayed in the media following his election to Congress.
By all accounts, he was always hyper-ambitious. Usually that goes with narcissistic. He was elected to his local school board at 19. Note to LPSG: he is at least 19 in this photo.
