Looks like a fresh round of cosmetic work. I will say this time it was pretty well done. He better watch it though. This face really looks nothing like him, it is still a handsome face, but if he keeps up radical fillers, implants, lifts, and laser work, he will end up looking like a circus freak.

Oh, that is bad news. Aaron was very hot when he was young and he has the potential to grow into a hot mature daddy, but he should not try to "help nature" by all kind of artificial devises. The consequences are nearly always horrible - very often not at once, but in the end. Think of all the old female movie stars who look like zombies. I don't think of Aaron of a very intelligent guy, but I hope he is going to learn his lesson here.

Agreed. Part of the problem is that Aaron LOOOOOVES his sun. Be it a tanning booth or a beach, he aged himself prematurely. Might also be taking injectibles somewhere else that might have an aging effect but offer him easier muscle gains.
Let's remember that our boy is 42 years old but he's dressing like he's 22 years old. He's going to go through a major midlife crisis when he gets into his late 40's/early 50's.

Exactly. All anyone gains by doing that is for people to whisper behind his back: "He's in his 40s and he's trying to pass for his 20s." It isn't that anyone needs to dress in "old man" clothes. There are clothes that are more age-appropriate and they can look really sharp.

The question is, what exactly is he? Or what is he trying to be? He was in deep denial about his sexuality for 38 years and it seems to me he's trying to make up for all those years he couldn't be who he wanted to be.
