PS - I'm Always thankful for when you (& others) re-post his stories & posts, as Aaron blocked me on Insta (almost a year ago)...

Well, I will admit that we indeed have no evidence, but we can speculate. For example, maybe he paid for some very expensive surgeon so that the scarring would not be visible and healed quickly. But that aside, I legit think he got implants. Look like half-boobs half-pecs..... weird

I don't see any scarring, and Alec's musculature tends to look puffy all over, not just his boobs, maybe from the alleged steroid use.
