As far as I know, a U Visa is granted after being a victim of a crime + having a police report. If he has a police report based on a crime, he could qualify, however applying for it based on just threats.... yeah, no. That’s not going to go through

I'm hella late as well but a quick story. My friend wanted citizenship... they got married to someone to get it. They also started treating that person wrong... now they're back in their native country.. you really can't fuck over your meal ticket and think it's gonna be fine. This kind of story is so common to LA it's not even funny.

If the tea is true and it seems likely, some older men/sugar daddies/his husband, fronted the money like all good sugar daddies do and now he's got a "business". You've got models/influencers running all around town trying to find that "business partner" so they can bust it open for them and get their coin. So, his "business." I watch plenty of 90 Day Fiance, and apparently after marriage it takes a significant amount of time to get the permission/authorization to work. His "business" would be considered work, and if established prior to work authorization, he'd be violating his rules of immigration.....

So, that means he used his ex's identity (SSN) to start it, thereby committing fraud and circumventing, again, the immigration process.

I see everyone taking the side of the husband based on one side of the story. There is always another side to the story. I find it interesting that he always starts footage right when Abel is reacting, but it doesn’t show what led up to the reaction. The breaking down of the door, you can hear Abel saying he needs his passport and when he breaks through, that’s the only thing he went after. Did the husband threaten to destroy his passport and then started recording the reaction only?

Also when they are in the apartment and the husband starts recording Abel talking about the visa issue but you can hear Abel saying “well you said you’re going to call immigration” so it sounds like maybe a threat was made to Abel about calling immigration which in itself is a shitty thing to say to an immigrant. I’m not saying Abel is innocent, but I’m also saying there might be some shitty behavior on the husbands side and might be acting like a complete angel. Verbal abuse causes reactions, and I get the feeling Abel was verbally abused and talked down to.
