Same here with both men and women. A couple of artistic tattoos are okay, even some sleeve work, but face and neck tattoos are a turn-off. Same when it's nearly full body.

couldn't agree more, for me a big turn off is when they look like a doodle pad of random garbage, just no rhyme or reason to the mess all over

Thats how I see them as well. . Its like nothing is planned out. I don't find them attractive, but sometimes a person will have a tattoo that is a beautiful piece of art. But I really don't find them attractive and now they are so very common.
