Abs question

thanks for the post.i was wondering the same type of thing today. lol. you look fine.

I rarely spent time at the gym until recently and my abs have always been toned and showy I suppose. I guess I got the good genetics in that department, although I'm the only built one in my family :/

Like everyone else said it's mainly eating and burning off that fat

start doing crunches. remember its not about how many you do but the intesity you do them at. best way to lose body fat is to change up your diet. try cutting carbs from your diet for a few weeks and you'd be amazed at how much body fat you'll burn.

it's a hard slog but worth it in the end. good luck!
Thats the ticket.

excessive drinking of water helps developing abs because it tricks your body into thinking there's no need to store any water in the body because you're drinking gallons of it.

Thus resulting in the flushing of water storage in the body, which in turn will help you look slimmer but it does not burn fat away.
