Video Accidental censor-fail nudity

More of a total lack of censor than an actual censor-fail. This is a comedy group called The Sketchersons (I think) performing a skit in a comedy club in Canada.
Ignore the Kevin Sorbo-ness of it, the comedian at his left strips off his lower half, for some reason and doesn't do a good job of always keeping his shirt pulled down.

Timur uploaded this video 3 weeks ago. From 49:10 he's inside a barrel without his usual blue shorts and there's something visible through water. I think it's some kind of speedo, but I'm not sure and I wouldn't rule out the possibility that the black stripe is actually his pubes. What do you think?

They speed up the video at certain parts which acts like a censor since it moves too fast to really see anything, but if you go frame-by-frame, there are a lot of revealing frames.
