I had the biggest crush on Patrick when I was younger and he was still with Chris Salvatore. I've always thought he's more of a top but looking at him now seems like he's a verse bottom. Anyway, he got more muscle now but he kinda looks like Raven the drag queen with the tanned skin and fishy lips. Tho I would still love to see him being a pig bottom.
