Hi, guys, have any of you ever had an aching testicle? My left nut aches now and then and has been for 'bout a week. It seems to happen more when I lie down to go to sleep at night. It's not a continuing ache, just enough to tell me that he's down there and isn't being like he's always been before. Thanks for letting me know any thing that you know about this question.

It could be alot of things. A twisted spermadic chord generally is CRAZY painful and requires help right away. So... probably not that. But, yeah, just go get it checked out- let some dude grab your balls and flash that big dick at the nurse and come back with a story.

It's probably just epididymitis. Not an alarming condition, but see a doc to make sure.

Sudden Acute epididymo orchitis is definitely alarming, trust me. Very painful and I required surgery. Almost lost one.
Pain is the body's way of telling you something is wrong. Get it checked out.

Thx, guys, for all the responses re. my left nut. bigguy4u, after taking your advice to lightly squeeze him, I did and he just kept wanting me to feel him and roll him around. The good news is that he had no negative reaction and makes me wonder if he just wanted the attention. But seriously, I've had no more pains from him and appreciate all the info from you in case he acts up again.
seriously, just because the pain has stopped you should still consult a medical professional. the body adapts and pain going away does not mean the injury or wrong has gone. if it does come back it is likely to come back bigger and badder. have it checked.
