Let's go back to where I first saw him. The Magicians, a rare side character that would show up, but with later seasons, they kept sticking him with ever tighter clothes/pants where everything just kept popping out.

He reminds me of a description of a game character from league of legends that was so... colorful and over the top I remember it to this day:

Miss Fortune spills into the Great Hallway with the same tenacity that she spills into her silk blouse, both taxed to contain her.

I get that same vibe anytime I saw Todd/Adam on Magicians.
