Just watched. He's in his undies for a good bunch of his scenes and there's a scene where he first takes his pants off and shows a big bulge (both in the pants and when they're first off) after making out with the main guy. In latter scenes, the bulge isn't anywhere near as big (closer to the pool shot above).

Makes me wonder if it's a real semi, it's a cheap Blumhouse production so they probably didn't spend on big crews or prosthetic bulges and just left it in.
