Has anyone with ADHD that takes Adderrall experiences decrease in libido and even difficulties in keep a hard on?

I took a different amphetamine. Absolutely no decreased libido. Faster reflexes, increased confidence, and elevated libido were among unexpected side effects of treatment. Have you tried vivance?

Your mileage may vary. I am female. Another side effect, though, was I was more aggressive in general. Whereas my fight or flight response is normally to flee, when I'm on Vivance my response is an inclination to stand my ground. The adrenaline response is unreal. The mechanism of action results in a day of bursts of adrenaline. Coming down between bursts is when I get horny.
I'll try vivance, next time I see the doc.
Adderall is freaking me out: my dick doesn't work and, like you said, I'm in a constant fight mode.

Yeah, I've never been on Adderall, but to my understanding it kicks in and stays kicked in until it wears off. Vivance kicks in for me in about 20-45 minutes, depending on the day, and then is time release, up, and slightly down, up and slightly down, over and over for 18 hours. At the 18 hour mark I'm sleeping whether I want to or not. I find it best to train my bowels to have a movement first thing in the morning, and then unless I'm fasting, to eat before I dose up. Two other side effects I had were anorexia and constipation.
EDIT: lack of appetite, NOT anorexia nervosa the eating disorder.

I take Adderall and had issues with getting aroused and hard. I found out that the other areas of my life were the main culprit. Stress, workaholic, hatred of husband and a general dissatisfaction with life wrecked my libido.
A few lifestyle changes has done wonders. While I'm not back where I feel I should be, things are much better. Getting exercise to lose the excess weight helped too.

Dr. put me on Adderall once as a trial and it took my appetite and removed zapped my sex drive. I asked of another medication and was told that Wellbutrin, if not mistaken, was used for Adderall and actually heightened sexual drive

Adderal hasn't affected my libido at all. For me it is a miracle drug. Doesn't make me aggressive at all. It puts me in a friendly, mellow mode. I used to feel aggressive and depressed when it would wear off but I learned to expect and manage those feelings and over time they subsided.
Vyvanse didn't seem to do much of anything.

I started on Adderall XR but changed to Vyvanse to help eliminate the crashing. On Adderall I was horny all the time and orgasms were amazing. My erections felt like I could cut diamonds. On Vyvanse it was the complete opposite. For the first time in my life I experienced erectile dysfunction in Vyvanse. I also felt very flat emtionally on Vyvanse. I switched back Adderall just 2 days ago. I can already tell a huge difference. I have also added l-Citrulline supplement.
It's l-Citulline. It is a supplement that aids in erectile disfuction. Stuff works like a charm and really helps with circulation my releasing nitric oxide which is a vasodiolator. I take 3grams a day (500mgs x 6). The only negative side effect I have had is slight dizziness. It can lower your blood pressure a little. I've also noticed that I wake up in the middle of the night horny as hell. I've also had a lot of very vivid nocturnal wet dreams.

Yeah, I end up with intermittent success getting hard but am horny as hell. Fortunately, my new bf doesn't have that same issue when he's with me.
