Thanks for verifying my info so people know I'm not talking shit.
It's not just Adrian though, there's a bunch of IG dudes (and a few girls) that are going to be debuting on TP's new shows, including the one that just started on BET Plus. If you can get their following to watch, it's almost a guaranteed rating boost, so it kind of makes sense. I know that at our casting office we added a field where actors have to write in their IG following.

His features aren't Ethiopan at all. Ethiopians (the stereotypical looking ones) have thin lips for the most part. The dude is probably biracial (regular black and white).

He has stated that multiple times in the past that his father is African (Ethiopian to be exact) in his instagram stories and posts. He used to put the flag in his bio. East Africa is extremely diverse phenotypically, so using stereotypical "features" to pinpoint where one is from isn't always the best indicator for people descended from that region.
