I wasn't sure if I should add this or not then I came back in. I did discover this during an edging session so why not. The one thing I would add to this is learning to add in some vocal cues. Eventually, you can learn to let your voice resonate from your prostate - and when you get good at that you can start to get the "fireflies buzzing all over" feeling - the electric tingling in all places that you mention you can get on your own after an hour.
