I will like to hear any advice that have work for you. Everytime I'm having sex and start going faster I can't keep up and come, any advice on how I can do it faster than usual and last longer?

Well going fast is how to cum so the answer is go slow for a while and little by little go faster and then slow down again. I can go for about 30 minutes or more--sometimes I have gone for as long as 2 hours or more

well the very action of going fast means that you are getting more stimulation in a shorter amount of time so of course your going to cum faster, your body is just doing what its ment to do. sorry but other than going between fast and slow as atomic suggested, i dont know any other lasting techniques.
