There are two ways to generate images:

• Local: Download models and LoRAs, install them, and generate images offline.
• Online: In the cloud, either for free (with limitations) or with a monthly subscription.

In this post, I’m going to focus on using Draw Things locally.

To get started, we need to download a model. In this case, I’ll be using Z Image Turbo. Keep in mind that depending on your RAM, some models will perform better than others.

• The model can be downloaded directly from Draw Things — this is the official model.
• On Civitai, you can find many trained models specialized in different styles (realistic, NSFW, etc.). You can also download the official model from this link.
• Keep in mind that these models are quite large. Z Image Turbo can range from 5 to 10 GB.

Personally, after testing several trained models, I believe the official model is the best option because it produces fewer errors with eyes and hands.

Once we’ve installed or imported the model, we need to configure it for image generation:

• Image size: Choose the one you prefer. Some models and LoRAs work better with specific size. The larger the image, the longer the image generation will take.

• Steps, Text Guidance & Sampler: You can check what these mean in the Draw Things description. Each model uses a different configuration. The settings shown in the screenshot are for Z Image Turbo. Sometimes, if the image doesn’t come out detailed or sharp enough, you can increase the Steps up to 12 to achieve better detail.

Now, write the prompt for the image and press Generate. The number next to the button indicates how many images will be generated.

You’ll need LoRAs for certain specific things like poses, genitals, lighting, etc. Sometimes the prompt alone isn’t enough to get good details on faces or bodies (big nipples, body hair, big bubble butt etc), and LoRAs become necessary.

Thanks - I don't see anything that says Loars or NSFW on the site, but I'm probably too ignorant of how to look.

I use Perchance.

It's pretty clear to me that if I want to figure out HOW to do better NSFW-AI on a Mac, I'm going to need to PAY somebody on Fiverr to help me get it set up and workable. The instructions on this thread are not much better than the inscrutable ones on PC threads. It's like people talking at college graduate level when most of us operate at a grade school or junior high level.

Somebody could probably do well financially actually training or helping people.
