Definitely clothing optional (but only indoors). Far north edge of the Chicago city limits, private access to jump into Lake Michigan. Several bedrooms with shared bathroom (large shower). One common living room, so if the other guests happen to be clothed then one might have the CMNM experience. I have not stayed there, but know the manager and have attended a couple of the local social events, such as JO. (I don't know if those events happen when they have guests.)

I did this, especially because it's also listed on AirBNB with no mention of nudity or being a men-only facility. The guy's answer was "I never thought about that, most of the time the rooms aren't full" (by which I guess he means he's never had two guests at once?). So the potential for awkward is real.

I've found that the places are cleaner, the hosts are more chill - and can sometimes be fun, also. Hosting-wise, I think the Airbnb-ers are more prone to look at your place as a hotel vs someones home, and they treat it as such. Also not as interesting to host them as the gays on Mr.

I've Mister Bnb'd a few times now. Always staying at a optional clothing place. I usually shower on arrival.. come out with a towel... but lose that quickly when dry.
