I think it was an oreo. In the scene the team are having a race with oreos wedged in their cheeks. Anyone who drops their oreo loses and the winner is the first guy to reach the finish line with oreo still clenched.

Also the losers had to eat the cookie that was stuck there.
Alan's character wins the race, but eats it when no one is looking.

I do believe he looked hotter back in the day. Now he’s big af and the tanning does not help that much. But I guess it makes him look even more ripped and impressive

I agree. He's still a handsome guy, but I'm not a fan of the pro wrestler look. He has gotten way too big. I prefer his lean look he had before, but some do like the current look. Which is cool.
