All the reviews on his travel page talk about how much personal attention he gave everyone, except for one guy who left the only slightly bad review. I guess he didn't get as much one on one time as he wanted

The host was welcoming to the newbies, very friendly and kind, but I felt like he had a group of friends on the trip he preferred to just stick with, not being able to equally delegate time to all the trip participants.
