From what I've seen of everything, Pierre wanted a husband, Nick wanted a brand. Pierre is being labeled as "distant" because he wasn't as chronically online or posting as much. This feels like Nick is trying to change his image because Pierre honestly seems like the sweetest guy, and Nick comes across as extremely superficial and vain.

Insert pikachu face. Nicky is a masterclass in how to not handle social media and public relations. The guy has an ego the size of Texas and the emotional intelligence of an ant. Anyone with half a brain would realize you've severely damaged the public perception of you, and would move to course correct. Not continue to try and rehash things on social media. Especially not in a way that continues to make yourself look horrible.
From the beginning, Nick has been trying to pass himself off as the good guy in the story. But everyone ends up abandoning him, even his beloved Brandon no longer supports him.

Pierre's parents live in Burgundy and he went to visit them. Actually, he hasn't posted for a month, not so long. I hope he's doing well because he said in one of his videos that his dad had cancer..
