No conclusions can be drawn from it whatsoever based on any of the reported sizes, race links, etc. If this thing even occurred in the first place, it was almost w/o a doubt self-reported, and like I said above and will repeat again: there is no evidence backing up any of these findings on a medicine journal/site of any kind. (See Snakebyte's post for examples). The only places this "study" are ever referenced are on blog sites.

Anything self reported is useless. I don't think one study has been done where an erect penis is measured by a "professional". Anyone who is around nude males knows the avg. erect length will be around 5.5" and as males, we all know we exaggerate if not out and out lie.

It must be extremely difficult to avoid statistical bias in the collection and analysis of data regarding human penis size. This holds true even in regard to any individual's experience with penises in the context of sexual intercourse. In addition, there are various cultural biases that may differently affect the probability for one to experience sex with penises of different sizes, or result in an observer's getting different impressions of their size in the case that s/he does not have an opportunity to properly measure the penis (which, let's admit, must be the majority of cases). The mandatory testing of all military conscripts is probably one way in which relatively unbiased data could be obtained, but even in that case some amount of statistical error is likely because of heterogeneity in the source population from which conscripts are drawn and the possibility of some correlation (causative or non-causative) between penis size and being conscripted for military service (as opposed to being exempted for study at university, health-related reasons, etc.).

Where is the actual study? I suspect it is completely fabricated so spending time in statical details is not worth the time.

There are some studies that draw some correlation between height and penis size. But this goes directly against the statistics of supposed African and South American nations who have average populations of men around 5'4" to 5'7".
The thing with penis size averages is that the margin for error is too great. There's age and also health to take into consideration not to mention penis size growth has a lot to do with your Dht levels which are different from guy to guy. There will never be a penis size study that is 100% and that is why such studies change almost every time the same country is sampled. Also just fyi Mediterranean and Caucasian are the same things lol. Caucasians came from the Caucasus originally which were Mediterranean peoples.

Any self-reported studies are total bunk--especially when it comes to supposed racial/ethnic differences, considering different cultures have great propensity to exaggerate their self-reporting due to variance in societal "machismo" effects. Any given hip hop song brags about penis size, and "Latino" cultures tend to prize physical masculinity more than typical Anglo/European/White American cultures. The only studies that are significant are those that do not rely on self-reporting, and most of those report Northern Europeans as the largest, which is no surprise given that height studies show the same--particularly with the Dutch, Scandinavian and ethnically Germanic.
Also, 90% of men don't measure their penis. They don't care. This is a very small sliver of the internet and the world. If you ask 10 men what size is their penis, 1 will know because he measured, the rest are guessing.
