I think people forget about their digestive system when they prep for anal. In addition to using an enema and "cleaning" the area, you need to be cognizant that your digestive track is still active. That's why you need to know what/when you ate, and how it affects you. If you aren't under the weather, and you eat a healthy diet on a pretty regular schedule, you'll have a good sense of when you can expect to be "ready" to play. If you have a huge meal, eat food that normally runs right though you, or are not feeling well (even a slight fever can totally throw off your digestion), it's best to stick with oral that day. I do not do spontaneous anal. The thought of a messy accident is mortifying to me.
