It's an online dating show, presented by the twitch streamer called AustinShow. There are contestants who play the game and ask questions to eliminate participants. Their goal is to find a participant that they both like and has chosen love.
And participants try to gain the decision of the contestants. They can decide to either love or host, which respectively mean they either want to go on a date with the contestant or get hosted by AustinShow after the show.

There's also a chance he entered that love or host as a joke, though I don't know if the host would allow that. I remember the host being pretty serious about James Charles´ love or host, but it could also be that Lil Nas X was ok with jokes and James Charles, well, we know him, he wasn't.

This dude is kinda sad. His videos in highschool that got him really popular were actually funny and original. But all his stuff now is so goofy, it's like he got brainwashed in college.
