Yes, pajama bottoms, no underwear. Guys wear their PJ's with underwear? I don't even wear pajamas normally, but I had to have something to keep me covered, but as comfortable as possible. Feeling my nuts swinging around is the best.

I do it more and more. If I put on khaki pants I do not because of that little wet spot that always seems to happen. Feels great and now with warm weather here again, I totally enjoy it. A little corn starch on my nuts to keep the nice and dry and I'm good to go in my cotton shorts. Yea, I get some looks from time to time but I really don't care. Nothing obscene going on and I am a man so....

I've been going commando since before adulthood and have never had any issues. My workplace is overwhelmingly male as are most of the clientele and the few women who have been/are in the office are nonchalant about it to the point of being oblivious. If there is any problem, it's the one stated a couple times up-thread - going soft and having my cock go down the leg of my pants only to have to have stiffen up at some point. Depending on how it lays, it can be discomforting.

I have been freeballing for a very long time. I don't walk around "trying" to be obvious, I do it because I love the feeling of my shit moving around naturally. Hell, I freeballed while playing a ton of softball games in uniforms. Look if you want to look, don't look, don't notice, I really don't care. For me personally, I love having my balls hang low and free. Sure I have to subtly adjust them when I am sitting down in public, but I can do that without making a big deal out of it. I definitely take full advantage of the warm summer months. I often wear weights around my sack to increase the stretch. Have progressed to being able to carry around 3lbs.
