Two years ago on their first trip to South Korea he suddenly disappeared. They briefly adressed the matter saying he went back home sooner due to personal reasons .
Apparently, when they shooted their first video back in UK with the boys, an older Korean lady in her 30s(whose family was allegedly very wealthy) noticed him and had a crush on him. She managed to contact him and sent him gifts, money etc..
As soon as they arrived in Korea several months later Ray went to her. Ray took a lot of money from her apparently and was seeing other girls at the same time. When she found out, she snapped and released some of their conversations to proof he preyed on her before cheating on her.
