I agree - no one's "obsessed". It's just a current topic of discussion, it's idle gossip, he'll be forgotten entirely within a year, and none of the snark detracts from the fact that NW is very hot and I'm loving his thirst traps. Fact is, he wanted to buy an extremely expensive bag that cost over $1k, and so he decided to make a jack off video and sell it to cashed up sugar daddies online to pay for it. I think that does make some of us question just how cultured he really is. There's nothing wrong with that take. And nor does it mean I'm not happy for NW that he's in Europe and hooking up with local hotties and hopefully having a gay old time.
