Average is now taboo?

Absolutely nothing wrong with Average. But who wants or likes to talk about average???

Examples:
-OMG, I finally had sex with the person I've been dating and the sex was Absolutely Average!
-God, I was driving home, and it was flowing really smoothly, and then I got home.
-I finally ate at that restuarante, and it was nothing special.

Average is find, and most people are average. It's just most people don't talk about average, because then everyone would be talking about the same thing.

While I am hung average; I try to use it in extraordinary ways. I also do not rely solely on that one part of my body to satisfy my wife. I also use my mouth, tongue and fingers. Sex with her is only average if I allow it to be that way. I want her to want me to make love to her again, if I am only average, that will not happen.

Good Point. I just wondering why some people hate the idea of being call average.

Because, being called "average" in any way, shape, or form is the same as being called "boring". Normal, bland, boring.

If you're talking about erect penis size..."average" is the same as being called "small".

That's just the way it is. Nobody likes to be called average.

I think this is true. Average refers to a statistical average or "mean." The "mode" in a list of numbers refers to the list of numbers that occur most frequently. And I think this is where the confusion lies. Look at the set of numbers representing a sample of penis sizes:

Sample A: 3.5, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 7, 7, 7, 7, 8, 8.5
Mean: 6.3
Mode: 7

So with this set of numbers (which I am not saying is accurate to the entire population but theoretically representative) you could see that the two guys that are in the 5 or 5.5 range feel small when 6/10 guys are 7 or bigger which to them seems pretty damn big. And yet the "average" is 6.3, just slightly bigger than they are. The unfortunate guys that are 3.5 or 4.5 really feel small in a situation like this.

This has been more my experience. I am 5.5 and I would say that 8/10 guys are bigger than me. I've only been with maybe 3 in my life that are smaller. I've only been maybe with 20 or 30 guys in a naked intimate situation but that's what I would guess - that most are in the 6.5-8 inch range. That's just been my experience and so while I am apparently statistically average I feel small. If that makes any sense...
