I did one back in 2016 on another site. So the Conservative party's prime minister at the time, David Cameron, had just lost his Brexit referendum and, despite assurances that he would lead the country whatever the outcome, Cameron resigned to go write his memoirs.

I ran a thread with the title:

"Now that Cameron is gone, can we all dance in a circle around his burning corpse?"

And then the first post was:

"Or is that too inflama-tory?" (Ba-da-boom-bing! A Tory being another word for Conservative, I though this quite good off the bat)


Needless to say it didn't go so well and I asked for the thread to be taken down after 15 mins.
