Sorry, but it's a non-issue for me, too. Balls kind of fall in the same category as the penis (at least in my opinion) for most women: they matter far more to men than to women.

I have no preference, have never thought about it and even during sex/oral I wouldn't have a preference. Like AE says, I'd be startled if there was only one there, but I'd recover quickly - no big deal.
