Then I started foreskin restoration which gave me some extra skin & then added ball stretching which gave me more skin still (everything was very tight), & allows my warm balls to hang lower. Now they still pull up tight in the cold - but they haven't popped inside ever since. It's all good in my mind.

Agreed, I have had the same results by restoration, with the added bonus of wearing silicone cockrings around my balls. The new ball sack skin is a real bonus as I am getting better hang in warmer weather. In the cold, they hide up inside.

For years I did a testicle jelqing routine which helped lower my sack and balls maybe an inch max. They no longer get completely turtled, but I still wished they hung better. Last week for shits and giggles I started wearing one of my 1" wide leather cock rings just around my balls. While that one inch of more hang is strictly because the stretcher is forcing my balls down, it still looks amazingly better.
