try one of the oval metal ones. They are narrow so you can't pop through, but they are wide so you are not crushed, 7 they are heavy enough to give a pleasant weight. The oval rings really are a great starter ring.

I'd suggest trying a leather adjustable cock ring. Wearing one will stop your balls from turtling past the cock ring. Another approach is a leather adjustable ball stretcher. That will keep them even lower. Actually had on 3" of total width ball stretcher past few days. Most incredible thing. Warm your sack up with a hot cloth or something similar to maximize your sack hang, or even put a rubber band around your nuts first to keep them from turtling while putting on the stretcher, then remove the rubber band.

My balls contract so strongly, that I can't wear a ball stretcher. It's fine until they start trying to retract. Then it become so painful that i have to take it off. It's like once they start retracing they won't stop, no matter what. Very frustrating
