i was wondering if there was some way to stretch your balls a little lower.. or even maybe just some relaxation techniques.
you know how your balls will jump up whenever theyre in danger or its cold or whatever? well mine stay that way 90% of the time..
its got nothing to do with appearance..(at least i dont care.. im not really a "balls person") its just freaking uncomfortable!!.. the rare times they calm down enough to hang low are so much nicer.

so yeah.. anyone know? am i just a big ball of stress?

apparently there are techniques, but just the thought makes me hurt. youd be incresing the risk for varicocele
 
well i dont wanna do anything drastic.. im not gonna tie weights to my nuts and go running.
i was thinking more along the lines of some kinda lotion that increases skin stretching or relaxation.. or just exercising/learning to control and relax certain muscles.. cuz i noticed when i stick my gut out/dont use my stomach muscles theyll relax a bit.. but its not really an attractive way to stand around.. plus it kinda hurts to relax my abdomen that much...
i dunno..
 
alright.. i guess i shouldnt have said stretch...
what i really mean is RELAX... they hang low enough on their own when theyre not all tight and bunched up under my dick.. i just want them to stay that way...

bah.. ill just have to learn how to relax.

its part of the cremasteric reflex.....the most common way of destroying that is by being 50 pounds overweight, having hypertension, atherosclerosis and diabetes to destroy the nerves :rolleyes:
 
For me, when i have that problem, I just lightly tug on my scrotum some to loosen the skin back up. Dont know if it would work for you but it does for me.
 
I found out latetly that stretching your balls works if you use COLD WATER
I'm amazed by the sound of it, but many say it worked for them...

the whole concept seems strange to me
 
There is only one way to get ball stretching results. Always make sure you are applying true tension between the base of your cock and your balls. Hanging weights just pulls everything down...all supporting tissue. You may feel as though your balls are hanging lower, and they may be, but so is everythibg else. You haven't increased the actual length of your ball sack, and that's what you really want....View the attached pix to see what I mean.
