He didn't do a racist act. He wanted to respect his basketball idol and he was young and stupid doing so. He apologized and told everyone he didn't realize his costume could have been offensive and he made clear it was made out of respect and idolisem. He didn't even know Blackface is a thing... Thing is, Israel doesn't have the social baggages that Europe and the U.S have with blackface.
