What's your routine? I have an extreme8 that I try and use every other day in the shower for 15 to 20 mins. Just about maxed out on girth which is about 7 ins and length of 7 1/4. Girth is great but would like more length. Sometimes I get alittle stuck if I over pump and max out on the girth.
