I recently bought the bathmate x40 but seem to be having problems i can put it on fine and get a good seal but when my dick is inside it doesnt seem to do anything i thought you should see it expand thanks.

i get a good seal i put it all on like the manual i even used the hand ball pump i get a really good seal and it pushes into my body but my dick just doesnt seem to expand i leave the little pip thing so its open and pump it on then use the hand ball pump to make the seal even better please help.

Is the pump actually creating a vacuum and causing suction on your penis?

Make sure the pip is in the middle, and the valve is turned clockwise to lock it.

Then i just use the handball to put the pressure up, once i have the pressure where i want it i remove the handball and hose and sit for 5mins and then jelq for 20 secs, then repeat for 4 sets for an overall pump time of 20 mins.
