i would imagine a lot of them are vetted since there's a lot of legalities before they can even get to his studio. usually they have to show valid ID and sign paperwork before even getting an address or have travel booked to come film. its in their best interest to prepare and perform well because it would be more financially beneficial for them in the long run. i'm totally assuming here but i imagine this kind of financial transaction would be either a check, zelle, or cash app situation to show a financial trail vs meeting someone for cash since vic is running a business. would make it harder to hold up and steal from him. he also has posted pics of going out to eat and drink with these guys so it seems like atleast sometimes a rapport is made with them
