Hi, long time researcher first time poster.

I’ve recently bought a bathmate as well as an LA pump in addition to an extender as I felt it was time to get serious here.

I’ve started with a 2inch diameter as the bottom of my shaft sits over 6inches around when hard but isn’t that large all the way up so I’m wondering if it was too large a cylinder to purchase. I’ve also gone rather ambitious with 10 inch length given that I sit at around 7.5 bpl currently.

I have a couple of questions,

1. Has anyone started at 7.5 and managed to see substantial gains in the cylinder to get nearer the 9 or 10 and should I look at going down to a 1.75 diameter with say an 8 inch or 9 inch or stay with the 2inch diameter?

2. I’m currently filling the cylinder in girth for the first inch to 1.5 inch, with regular training of 3-5 times a week is it achievable to fill out the girth up the full shaft in 3-6 months in your experience?
 
you want 2"-3" of empty space up top so you're good in 10". it might not look as cool when you do pack the cylinder girthwise.


you should be able to pack the 2" pretty effortlessly soon. how are you pumping in the LAPump, time, pressure, ect..?

I’ve been pumping for about 10 minutes at 4-5 HG pressure then 1 minute rest and stretch on 3 sets. I get the occasional red stops on the shaft so I stop for a few days when that happens as I don’t want to damage it.

I’m keen to hear if there is other routines people recommend as I also have a PHALLOSAN forte that i find good to wear the only issue is finding the time to log 6-8 hours when you work in an office. I also manual stretch for 5-10 sets every time I go to the toilet as I’ve read it’s all about getting the exercises in when you can.

mid clamping something I should be adding to the routine also as I’ve seen a few guys do this and my goal here would be to get to add an inch in length to get to 8.5 inches and get my mid shaft about 6 inches in girth.

very nice! yeah you got that, that cylinder will pack soon.

i moved down to 5mins of pumping, 1min-10min of rest. with the more sets i do, the longer the rest period gets. i mix that up, sometimes shit happens and i stay in for 10mins then break but 10mins of pumping is the max for me. 5mins of pumping seems to leave me with firmer erections and when i go over 10mins they tend to go spongier.


i only pump though and just for fun.

Cylinder diameter depends on your girth. Thunders Place has a good forum for pumping with sizing recommendations.

You also might consider warming up and jelqing a bit before during and in between sets.
