or just touched in general. i don't like it. i don't want someone hands on me whether they were coming on to me or not. Like at clubs and stuff and the majority of people that do this are gay. why? anyone else feel this way?

Get a suit of armor and stay out of clubs..........that should take care of most of the problem unless you are so Devilishly handsome people are compelled to touch you.

I don't like getting groped without my permission either and have had to stop myself from clocking folks in the jaw because of it. In any event, you probably think the majority of people who do it are gay because...I dont know- youre gay and frequent gay clubs?

well its not just the club but the gym too.

I can happily joke about it
(often used it succesfully as a joke / ploy)
but i would just as quickly slap very hard, the hand that had an unwelcome grope coming my way
and of course, it is usually Gays who do this
there assuming because your Gay its Ok .. BS!

I agree with both of you. I really think some gay guys think its okay to "check your equipment out" without permission. I don't like it. It's like they are trying to size you up. I'm kind of small when flaccid and literally a guy once grabbed me and practically yelled..."man you've got a small dick." WTF is wrong with some people.

I have been groped by women. A few times I was in to it, and a few times I was not. Kind of depends on ur mood, and definitely depends on who is groping u .

Not always gay guys that do this.

Last summer I was in Phoenix at a gay bar during a Sun. afternoon beer bust.
It was my turn to buy and I went to the bar to get a new pitcher and 2 new mugs for some that just joined us. I was commando in a pair of cut off sweats and a T shirt. I had the pitcher in one hand and the mugs in the other. While I was making my way back to our table someone reached up and groped me. I told him "don't start unless your going finish". When guy who did the groping left he handed me a piece of paper with his phone number and a note "in case you want me to finish"

yeah like wtf is that.

Really? LOL I've never experienced this. I've seen guys grope each other, but I mean, it doesn't seem to be without each other's consent...

I don't know how I'd feel about it. I guess it depends on how.. personal the grope is.

Can't say I'm bothered - it's usually girls and a pinch of my arse.

Not sure if I've had my knob groped - not that I can remember anyway.

I guess I suffer from some lack of sensitivity on this matter. I don't understand the problem. I'm not one to just randomly "reach out and touch someone," but it has happened to me many times over the last 20+ years. Yes, some of the guys were a bit smarmy, but it certainly never offended me. We are tactile creature, and our sense of touch is particularly important when judging a potential mate. I don't think we can change millions of years of conditioning, so I choose to not let it bother me.

Of course if some cutie grabs my junk, he better expect that I'm going to grab a handful of his @ss.

I'm sorry but i have self respect. no one puts a hand on me.

My personal space is almost non-existant, so I dont mind being groped too much at all, long as its a guy doing the groping :)
The downside is that I can sometimes forget that other peoples personal space is very much existant & very broad (especially if Im drunk), so I can be a "space invader" at times. One of the reasons I gave up drinking 15 yrs ago was because I'd turn into an octopus and occasional crotch groper :)
Not a good look when it's not appreciated, nor when you end up sucking a guy off at the bar in a crowded nite club lol.

My personal space is about six feet. I just visited Ireland...the place they say "once you visit an Irish pub you will always have a friend." People generally kept six feet away from me, unless I was at the bar, in which case they used my no-man zone as a portal to place orders with the bartender.

Getting groped hasn't been an issue for me for quite some time.

Hey, no need to be sorry dude. It's your body & you're entitled to set the rules about who touches you and where/when.
I dont really think its a self respect issue though. If I was to feel you up at a bar, it doesn't mean I have no self respect, but it might be an indication I dont have a lot of respect for you.
Then again, everyone does something they shouldnt at sometime, so I wouldnt get too pissed about it. Just let them know in a firm but friendly manner that their advances are not welcome.

Could be because you look like a Barbie doll, and people cant stop themselves from wanting to play with you

no. i am in no way, shape or form, looking like a barbie doll. i wish i did though.

i do and I remember one guy who grabbed my ass, i turned around and told him that if he ever touches me again, that I'll inform management, he backed off but he later kept kept following me in the gym. i later told one of the employees and i never saw him again. thank god. he was extremely obese, balding, just plain gross.

and once at club Abyss, i was dancing with my girlfriend when out of nowhere this guy comes up from behind me and put his whole hand down the front of my shirt. i turned around and slapped him. then he said i was a psycho and I'm just like looks whose talking.

now like it doesn't happen often but when it does it pisses me off. i have no idea why people in NYC love to touch each other so much.
